This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund for Fastrix digital training plans and how such requests are handled. Our goal is to be fair and transparent.
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Because Fastrix training plans are delivered weekly (not all at once), refunds during this period may be full or partial, depending on whether training content has already been delivered.
Fastrix training plans are delivered progressively on a weekly basis. After purchase, customers receive one training PDF per week according to the selected plan.
The full training plan is not delivered upfront. Each week of training content is provided separately.
If one or more weeks of training have already been delivered, refund requests may be reviewed on a proportional basis, taking into account the number of weeks already sent.
Refunds apply only to purchases of digital training plans.
If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will generally include the purchase price and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Refund requests are usually reviewed within 2–5 business days.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in access to training content being revoked and may be flagged for fraud prevention purposes.
